How It Works

  • Determine how many hours/week you want a VA.

  • Either pay online or contact us if you have additional questions.

  • On the thank you page after you pay, click the link to complete the form that let's us know what types of activities you'd like your virtual assistant to do, and any other requirements you may have.

  • On the form also indicate whether you'd like our HR manager to assign a VA to you based on your requirements, or if instead you'd like to choose your own VA based on candidates we select on your behalf.

  • If you select to interview candidates, the HR manager will coordinate the phone interviews between you and the VA candidates.

  • Once you've selected or been assigned a VA, an onboarding call will be scheduled to: Show you best practices to communicate with your VA, assign tasks, and introduce you to your VA.

  • You'll now be able to focus on money-making activities and assign the rest to your VA.
